No guaranteed effect
A signature completed in inSigner may or may not meet a legal requirement. That depends on the document, the people, and the law that applies. We do not warrant a particular result. QES for Europe is an Enterprise option, not the default signature.
Website information
We try to keep this website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Features described as planned, such as the iOS and Android apps, are not yet available, and their timing may change. Prices and plans are those on the pricing page and in the billing policy.

The service is provided as available, under the terms of service. PayPal, Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Zoho, Didit, Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, and any future app store are separate companies with their own terms. A link to another website does not mean that we control or endorse it.

These policies are published in English and Spanish. If the versions differ, the English version controls, unless the law where you live requires the local language version to control.
